Intellectual Property
Intellectual properties of overseas staff’s works and achievements in teaching and scientific research during the recruitment term shall be shared with TongjiUniversity. The authors’ affiliation, or employing unit, shall be TongjiUniversity when professors publish papers, books, and apply for awards, patents and research projects.
Overseas staff can undertake graduate students whose research achievements belong to TongjiUniversity. Papers published by overseas staff and graduates together shall be undersigned with the name of Tongji University.
